Hanneke advises Dutch and International clients and specialises in Dutch and European employment law with a strong focus on the posting of workers, drafting and terminating employment contracts, dismissal law, flexible work, restructuring and employment benefits

Roos Seesing – Counsel, Taylor Wessing 

Roos is a counsel and a litigator. She has extensive employment law experience due to a wide variety of cases and clients. Roos advises Dutch and foreign companies on employment related matters and disputes, and regularly assists foreign companies with setting up their businesses in the Netherlands. Roos practices all aspects of employment matters, and is a member of the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN).
