In this merger, ISDC will become part of British IT service company the Endava group, which gives the company a total combined headcount approaching 3,300 IT professionals, across offices in the UK, Netherlands, Germany and the USA, and delivery centres in Romania, Serbia, Macedonia, Moldova, Bulgaria and Colombia.
The combination of the two firms will further underpin Endava’s ability to serve an increasingly global client base that includes some of the world’s leading brands across Finance, Insurance, Telecommunications, Media, Technology, and Retail. This merger follows a series of successful M&A activity over the last 3 years across Europe and North America by Endava.
